Our RE focus has beenServant Leadership.
This year in Year 6 we will be given many opportunities to develop our Leadership qualities and to use the gifts and talents God gave us to serve and lead others.
We all had special jobs but some children had the opportunity to lead the assembly.
Mr Green re-wrote the verses to the song LEAN ON ME
to fit in with our Servant Leadership unit!

Zac and Jordan worked hard behind the scenes to make sure everything went smoothly!We will continue to follow Jesus' example and try to always put others first.

Congratulations 6W, you did a wonderful job of your assembly! I enjoyed the messages that you held up and the words to 'Lean on Me'. I think that you are all doing a fabulous job as the leaders of the school in 2011 and hope that some of the bible readings you are doing for the unit remind you of the qualities needed to lead like Jesus.
