Canberra

Last Thursday (March 24th) a very excited group of Year 6 students and teachers departed for Canberra. During our two days in the nation's capital we visited Parliament House, the War Memorial, Questacon, the Australian Mint, the AIS and the Electoral Commission. The students behaved wonderfully and really seemed to enjoy their time away.

Kindy White Come to Visit!

We needed to help the Kindy kids colour in their St.Patrick Day craft....

We were all excited to have KW come to work in our class on St. Patrick's Day!

We helped Kindy colour, cut and paste their

leprechauns together.

We had a great time.....

6 White Assembly

Our RE focus has been
Servant Leadership.



This year in Year 6 we will be given many opportunities to develop our Leadership qualities and to use the gifts and talents God gave us to serve and lead others.

We all had special jobs but some children had the opportunity to lead the assembly.



Mr Green re-wrote the verses to the song LEAN ON ME
to fit in with our Servant Leadership unit!

Zac and Jordan worked hard behind the scenes to make sure everything went smoothly!






We will continue to follow Jesus' example and try to always put others first.

Our Wonderful Visitors

Today Year 6 had a visit from some wonderful young writers. Kinder Blue came to read us some of their amazing work.



We were impressed with their lovely handwriting and interesting sentences. Thanks Miss Emery and Kinder Blue. We hope to see you again soon.
